Preparing for Spring 2026 - Brightspace Updates and Microsoft Teams Overview

Get a head start on Spring 2026 by joining this interactive workshop designed to help faculty confidently prepare their courses in Brightspace.  We’ll walk through key Brightspace features and recent updates, highlighting practical tools that can enhance course organization, communication, assessment, and student engagement, so you can start the term feeling organized and ready.  You’ll also get a friendly introduction to Microsoft Teams meetings, including how to schedule and host meetings, connect more easily with students and colleagues, and use Teams to support your teaching and administrative workflows.  Whether you’re new to these tools or looking for a refresher, this session is designed for faculty of all experience levels. The workshop will be offered in person and live-streamed, and there will be plenty of time for questions, discussion, and shared tips along the way.
